Menya Musashi

Menya Musashi originated in Tokyo, Japan, and the first store opened in 1996 – named after a famous samurai, Miyamoto Musashi. It is the first noodle house in Japan with the theme of "kendo". There are currently 13 stores in Japan, each with its own name and menu, including “Menya Musashi”, “Menya Musashi Kodou”, “Menya Musashi Niten”, “Noodle Musashi Buron”, “Noodle Musashi Takatora”, etc. The soup differs as per the characteristics their names suggest. Menya Musashi’s tsukemen won the champion while its ramen won the third place in the 2013 Japan Ramen Competition. Deemed as one of the four ramen giants, Menya Musashi has branches in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
